It is always exciting to introduce a new collection to our stockists. The FabEvent in Melbourne is an annual trade show that features all the latest fashion wholesalers and distributors. It is now combined with a gift fair so as a boutique owner you can not only see all the latest offerings, but find some unique upsell items all under one roof.
After all the Covid lockdowns, we will never take for granted how wonderful it is to meet with our fabulous boutique owners. Even though our brands produce the most fabulous catalogues to help our customers decide on which items they want to stock, nothing beats being able to see and touch the new swimsuits and truly appreciate how well they are made and admire some of the intricate prints they have.

This year's visit was not without its trials, including an ex tropical cyclone bringing so much rain and an earthquake that rocked the city just added to the excitement!

Summer is fast approaching and most of us would love to have a flatter tummy in time for swimsuit season.
There are some simply things we can focus on to help our bodies release excess tummy fat. It is impossible to do spot exercising and expect that to move the annoying fat, but you will benefit from firmer muscles in that area which is beneficial to our overall health and looks.
Here are 5 Top Tips that you can focus on now-
Cut back on carbs
Cutting back on carbohydrates such flour, pasta and sugar will help you reduce the biggest contributing factor to excess stomach fat. The excess kilojoules that we consume are stored in this area just in case of famine. Make sure the carbs you do eat are beneficial such as grain bread, no added sugar cereal and switch out the sugar laden soft drinks for carbonated mineral water with a piece of lemon or lime for flavour.
Fill up with protein
