A Soothing And Effective Drink For Colds and Flu

1 sachet of Lemsip

½ a lemon (juiced)

1 teaspoon of honey

½ teaspoon of powdered ginger

and 1 nip of whisky.


Combine all ingredients in a mug and fill with boiling water.

Allow to cool slightly and then sip until finished.
