Doris Jablonsky brings extensive experience in sales and marketing across the sports and fashion industries. Before relocating permanently to Australia, she worked with GORE-TEX®, following an earlier career as a civil engineer.

Her passion for retail began early, gaining hands-on experience in her mother’s boutique, where she was actively involved in buying, merchandising, and visual presentation. This foundation shaped her strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer needs.

Through ongoing professional development in sales and marketing, Doris has built deep expertise in customer relationship management, trade shows, and event coordination. She is known for her personal approach and dedication to helping clients select collections that perform and resonate with their customers.

Doris is passionate about her business and values long-term partnerships built on trust and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys the Queensland lifestyle with her partner Bodo and makes the most of the outdoors and warm climate.

Sales Manager

Bodo Riesen holds a Master’s degree in Geography, with a focus on regional and urban planning. His strong interest in different cultures and ways of living has shaped both his career and his outlook on business.

Prior to moving to Australia, Bodo worked as a division leader at the Fraunhofer Institute in Prien am Chiemsee, Germany, where he managed a team of scientists and led a range of research and logistics projects.

In 2005, Bodo and Doris made Australia their home. The following year, he established his own business, distributing certified fair-trade organic coffee along the Sunshine Coast. In 2015, he joined FASH’N SPLASH, bringing with him a wealth of experience in operations, relationship management, and customer service.

Bodo enjoys being on the road, visiting retailers, and working closely with clients to find the right products for their business. He values long-term partnerships built on trust and shared success. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, bushwalking, and a good glass of red wine.

Marketing

Dominique Morgan, known as Nikki, has been part of the FASH’N SPLASH team since 2014. She looks after social media and creates engaging newsletters designed to inform and inspire our retailers across Australia.

Based in Noosa, Nikki works closely with Doris and Bodo, connecting regularly for planning and strategy. Her creative approach and attention to detail ensure that our brand communication remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with our retail partners’ needs.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time at the beach, working on paper crafts in her studio, and sourcing vintage books, lace, and fabrics. She also shares her creativity through YouTube, connecting with a community of craft enthusiasts.
