Beautiful Bath Soak


After a long and busy day, one of the best things you can do is indulge in a nice warm bath to help you relax. Adding something delicious to your bath to make it smell fabulous makes it more enjoyable. Why not add some healthy additions that will help your body detoxify and invigorate your skin.

This recipe will turn a boring bath into a healthy treatment. These natural ingredients can help to relax sore muscles, improve circulation and assist your body in releasing harmful toxins.

1 cup Epsom Salt

1/3 cup natural Sea Salt

3 Green Tea bags (cut open) or 1 tablespoon loose Green Tea Leaves

6 drops of Peppermint Pure Essential Oil (to help invigorate and awaken you) or

6 drops of Lavender Pure Essential Oil (to help relax and calm you)

1 teaspoon Organic Coconut or Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and combine together with a spoon.

Start running your bath and when it is about ¾ full, add the ingredients into the bath by pouring in underneath the spout. Light a candle, grab a clean fluffy towel and enjoy a relaxing soak for at least 15 minutes.
