SUPER SMOOTH SPRING SKIN
Peeling away the layers of winter clothing, can often reveal dry and scaly skin. Exfoliating is the first step to gorgeous skin and this recipe also soothing and moisturizing.
Exfoliating is also an important step in creating a smooth base for applying self tanning products.
There is no need to buy expensive exfoliators when you probably have these ingredients in your kitchen.
Many of the cheaper scrubs often do not contain enough particles. Whilst being quite gentle, they are not very effective.
1 cup of Bran, 1 cup of Oatmeal and 2 Tablespoons of milk.
Combine in a bowl and apply to warm wet skin in small circular motions.
Rinse off and apply a good quality body milk after you have dried off.
If your skin is really dry, you can put a cup of Oatmeal into a stocking. Hang it over the tap in your bath so that it is under the flow of water as the bath fills. Enjoy a lovely soak and feel the difference when you dry off.
